GREEN PEA AND EGG SALAD

 
 


Mix 1/2 cup each chopped onion, celery and mayonnaise,
3 tablespoons mustard,
salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in 8 chopped hard cooked eggs
 a 10 ounce package of frozen peas, thawed.
Arrange on lettuce; garnish with tomatoes. Serves 8.
