Lemon Bars

1 c butter
2 c flour
½ c powdered sugar
dash salt
Cream together and press into a pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

4 beaten eggs
¼ c lemon juice
2 c sugar
¼ c flour
Mix and than pour ingredients over baked dough and bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  1. I got this recipe many years ago from Norman's aunt Dorthy Alber, My family really likes them, I haven't made them for a long while, reminds me of lemon pie, but easier. Hilda made them a lot.
