1 c butter
2 c flour
½ c powdered sugar
dash salt
Cream together and press into a pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
4 beaten eggs
¼ c lemon juice
2 c sugar
¼ c flour
Mix and than pour ingredients over baked dough and bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

ReplyDeleteI got this recipe many years ago from Norman's aunt Dorthy Alber, My family really likes them, I haven't made them for a long while, reminds me of lemon pie, but easier. Hilda made them a lot.
