1 stick magarine or butter
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t basil
1/8 t. red pepper flakes
12 c. freshly popped corn
2 T. grated Parmesan Cheese
1. Melt butter/margarine in a small sauce pan. Add the spices and stir. Heat for 1 minute.
2.Pour spiced butter/magarine over the popcorn. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss untill coated.
When Alayna was in 3rd Grade, her teacher, Dorie Sanford, helped the students make this popcorn for their families for Christmas. Alayna wrote the recipe and attached it to a bottle of Pizza Popcorn with a ribbon.
