Three Bean Salad


1 can green cut beans, drained
1 can yellow wax beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 onion chopped very fine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tsp salt
1/3 t. pepper
Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and pepper well, pour over drained beans. Toss, refrigerate overnight or longer.

  1. This dish is very low in calories, I really like it and it saves well, if you can't eat it all it will be just as good or better in a few days. It is also good to make ahead and have ready for an event in a couple of days.
