1 package (30 oz.) shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together.2. Transfer ingredients to an ungreased casserole pan/dish.3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
