Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese


1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
2 lb. small red potatoes (about 6), quartered
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Make It
HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly.
SPOON into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley.

  1. I got this recipe off the Kraft Foods official website. I used what I had on hand, white potatoes, real bacon, cooked, Shredded cheddar cheese, no parsley. It was good even with my changes. Red Potatos usually have better flavor, but white are less expensive and seem to always get eaten.
